'Oh no he didn't!'
That expression is fine if you've got a thick Brooklyn accent but could it even sound any more stupid when conveyed in a British tone? It sounds so absurdly incongruous.
'Poor guy. When the doctor gave him the results, he burst into tears.'
'Oh no he didn't!'
'............I'm so sorry! I was sure you were English when we started this conversation?'
