The line 'If You've Got Nothing To Hide, You've Got Nothing To Fear...' is trotted out so regularly, it's almost become a maxim.
But it relies on the law being fair and equitable. And the moment a poor law is enacted, it stops looking so clever. And the general principles of law cannot, inherently, allow for every eventuality.
It's a stupid saying, is what I'm saying.

Laws are only enforced if the government decide that the masses will get up in arms if they don't do anything about it.
We're allowed to speak on mobile phones in cars, smoke weed, do recreational drugs, bang prossies, be gay in parks.
It's just... y'know, don't get caught.
