Silence is very powerful, in a business meeting two people may be discussing the price of something.
Person A says: I want 10$ for my ipod
Person B says: I will only give you 5$
The person A stays quiet and says nothing, person b will feel slightly disturbed and will, as his human nature wants him to, fill the silence which he cant bare.
Person B: I will give you 7$
As you can see Person B was so disturbed he lost out on a deal to fill the silence. Learn the skill and shut up! Gald I got that out!
